Fernando's journey as a Realtor began over seven years ago and has culminated in over 100+ solo transactions. He is a proud member of the Seibert Team.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every transaction, guiding clients and their families through the process of home buying or selling. His background as a librarian instilled a love of research and staying on top of the ever-changing real estate market, ensuring his clients always have the best information at their fingertips.

Fernando enjoys working with homebuyers and understands both the excitement and the challenges of relocating. He specializes in making the process as smooth as possible—removing stress, anticipating needs, and helping clients feel at home quickly. As a real estate investor himself, he also supports clients interested in starting or expanding their investment portfolios.

Outside of real estate, Fernando enjoys playing softball and pickleball, listening to music, getting nerdy with tabletop games, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and their pup, Stella. He is a proud graduate of James Madison University (Go Dukes!).
