A Richmond lifer, Joey fell in love with the city while attending Benedictine High School and later, VCU. His real estate career began in 2012 as a residential property manager and has since evolved to include asset management, commercial leasing, brokerage operations, residential renovation and new construction and both commercial and residential sales.


Why real estate? “It’s fairly simple. Buying and selling property both personally and for clients over the years has provided opportunities for my family that 18 year old Joey never thought were possible. Sure, the market has evolved and will continue to do so, but the core of the industry is the same. I’m here to help folks accomplish their own real estate goals with professionalism, efficiency and probably a fair bit of humor.”


In his spare time you can find Joey out riding bikes, camping, selling lemonade with his kids or producing the occasional documentary film.


Joey lives in Richmond’s Northside with his wife and two daughters.
