Vito Bussa, was born and raised here in Richmond, more specifically Chesterfield, in Midlothian. His relentless work ethic comes from his parents and his Italian heritage, which instilled in him hard work and dedication to offering the best possible service for his clients!

He graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2015. After graduating, Vito has built an extensive portfolio working in multiple different real estate related fields over the last 10 years. Personally, Vito has also immersed himself in the many avenues of owning real estate, renovating multiple homes, project managing and has also developed new construction projects for himself and his clients. Prior to being a Realtor, Vito has also worked on the closing side of things in the mortgage industry, as well as spending 4.5 years at CoStar, the nation's leading commercial real estate analytic firm. Vito's professional background in both residential and commercial property transactions provides him with a unique perspective and a strong knowledge base in both areas. He is considered a great asset to the Seibert Real Estate because of his knowledge of multiple different perspectives: helping builders, renovators, investors, as well as homebuyers find what’s right for their needs. Vito also offers a level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with the fast-paced real estate environment and works incredibly hard for his clients. Vito is an expert in client servicing and helps to make the transaction process smooth and less complicated for clients.

His favorite Richmond neighborhoods are Church Hill, Westover Hills and The Museum District. He says Church Hill gives him a "very Brooklyn-like vibe" and that he loves the walkability and feel of each of those neighborhoods. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and staying active. Some of his favorite activities include golfing at Independence Golf Club where he’s a member, visiting local restaurants, and attending live music shows!
